She was born on May 9, 1950 in Peoria to Thomas “Bud” and Donna Jean (Farris) Rice. They preceded her in death.
She married Steven Taylor McMahan on November 26, 1976 in Peoria County. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are her step children, Kim McMahan of Abingdon, Billi (Josh) McCorroll of Pekin, Steven Taylor Jr, brother, Harry (Sheryl) Rice of MO, sister, Carolyn (Delbert) Pine of Peoria, grandchildren, Brandi (Tyler) of London Mills, Jeri Lynn (Andrew) of Monmouth, Great grandchildren, Kendall, Madi, Haley, Braylyn, Mila, special nieces and nephews, Bobby (Melodi) Prescott, Johnny (Jessica) Prescott plus many others, Great niece Charline Prescott and her precious babies great great nieces and nephews, Ryleigh, Ruby, Amaya, Kaiden, Jayiden, her best friend Diana Kneer Lulay, her dog Missy, Cousins, Sherry Miller, Tamia Johnson plus many others.
Also preceding her in death are two grandchildren, one great niece and Ginger the dog.
Isabelle enjoyed family, going to drive ins with her cousin and quarter auctions. Together with her husband they ran the Clark Station on Farmington Road in Peoria. She enjoyed fishing, camping and going to the races with her husband. Isabelle will be missed by many but never forgotten. She will be carried through all of our hearts and stories we carry and share.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton from 11 am until noon. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation and burial of the ashes will be held at the Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria at a later date.
