Sandra Sue Clayton

Sandra Sue Clayton, 83, of Washington, formerly of Canton passed away at 1:50 pm, Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Unity Point Health Methodist in Peoria.

She was born on March 4, 1938 in Canton to Steve and Beulah (Pringle) Sepich. She married Cecil Clayton on January 10, 1959, in Canton at her parents home. He preceded her in death on June 17, 2017. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
Surviving is one daughter Lisa (Howard) Rogers of, Washington IL, whom was her caregiver for the last 10 years.
Sandra was a sales clerk at Spurgeon's before she was married. She was a former member of the Ladies of the Moose. She collected chickens and snowmen. Her favorite color was red and she loved pearl jewelry. Sandra loved to mega shop and go out to eat with her daughter Lisa. She also loved to listen to live music and dance.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton where visitation will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 from 5-7 pm. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Canton. To leave online condolences please visit www.oakshinesfuneralhome.com
