Eleanor Ann "Ellie" Miles

Eleanor Ann "Ellie" Miles, 70, of Canton, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones at her home.

She was born on October 1, 1951 in Canton, to Ronald and Dorothy (Grubor) Miles. They preceded her in death.
She is survived by numerous cousins.
Ellie retired from Ameren in 2007, she also worked for Senior Transportation at FCRC. She was a active member of the Canton Elk's Lodge #626 where she served as Secretary and Trustee, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Canton, and she was a past member of the Canton Country Club until its closing, where she was president of the Women's Golf Association. She also was a member of the Women's Bowling Association. Ellie enjoyed spending time at the Canton Elk's Lodge and was a Mickey Mouse enthusiast.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Canton Elks Lodge #626.
A burial of her ashes will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
Memorials may be made to Senior Transportation or to the Elks Children's Care Organization.
