Larry D. Chatten

Farmington- Larry D. Chatten, 77, of Farmington, passed away at 3:30 PM on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Farmington Country Manor in Farmington. He was born on May 17, 1944 in Canton, a son of Thomas and Margaret (Garlish) Chatten. He married Sheila Hoover on December 2, 1967 in Farmington. She survives.

Also surviving are his children, Bill (Sonja) Chatten of North Carolina; Jennifer (Brian) Deppermann of Arkansas; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one brother, Richard Chatten of Farmington.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Gene Chatten.

Larry worked and retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service, and later worked for Lane Transfer in Farmington for 20 plus years. He attended the Presbyterian Church of Farmington.

A private graveside service and burial of ashes will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Oakridge Cemetery in Farmington, where Military honors will be conducted by the United States Air Force.
