Canton - Tricia A. Lowder, 41, formerly of LaMoille, IL, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria surrounded by her family.
She was born on March 26, 1980 in Spring Valley, IL.She married Joseph Lowder on March 8, 2001. He survives.
Also surviving is her daughters, Jessica (Nathaniel Stell) of Canton, Heidi Lowder of Mt. Vernon, IL, one grandchild, Braxtyn Lowder, her mother, Pam (Kevin) Rossler of Malden, IL, father, Terry Barr of Walnut, IL, mother-in-law, Patricia (Mike) Rynd of Decatur, IL, father-in-law, Myrl (Late Peggy) Johnson of Dixon, IL, brothers and sisters, Dale Barr (Jess Hess) of Romeoville, IL, Rachel (Cam) Wernentin of Denver, CO, Stacey (Frank) Bollinger of Princeton, Shanna (Dave) Cruse of Princeton, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Jenifer (Todd) Steder of Dixon, Jamie Johnson of Freeport, grandparents, Bob (Ann) Cromwell of LaMoille, IL, Sharon Barr of Mendota, IL, Hilda Murphy of Canton, Uncles, Larry (Julie) Cromwell of LaMoille, IL, Greg Cromwell of LaMoille, IL, Jim Cromwell of LaMoille, IL and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a very special aunt, Jean, great grandparents, Ester (Art) Dunseth, grandfather, Earl Barr, grandparents, Lester Murphy and Robert (Vivian) Lowder.
Tricia loved spending time with her first grandchild, Braxtyn, and family. She loved to Cook and read books. She also loved her 3 dogs, "Spike. Sandy and Molly" and spending time with her husband Joe when he was farming, fishing and helping out at the Bureau County Fairgrounds and Green River Saddle Club. Tricia loved to talk to her best friend Angie Bullington.
Cremation rites have been accorded with a celebration of life at a later date.
Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton has been entrusted with arrangements.
