Occupation:    was the Browning Village Clerk for 24 years, an assistant to Chiropractor Gordon Stevens in Beardstown, correspondent for the Astoria South Fulton Argus and the Rushville Times and was a volunteer at the Browning Senior Citizens Center.

Memberships:   became a member of the Bader Christian Church at age 12. She later transferred her membership to the Browning Christian Church. After marrying Junior Bill, she became a member of the Astoria Assembly of God. She was a past President and member of the Astoria American Legion Auxiliary. She was also a Browning Township Trustee. Rosa Lee loved to crochet
