Patricia Anne Kuharich

Patricia Anne Kuharich, 91, of Canton, passed away at 11:30 am, January 21, 2024 at Red Oak Estates in Canton. She was born on January 19, 1933 in Canton to Harold and Mae (Jones) Pearson. She married Jim Kuharich on December 26, 1953 in Canton. He survives along with one daughter Gina Anne (Dan) Sandman of Lewistown and one granddaughter Molly Sandman.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, one son Mark Kuharich and one sister Sharon Pearson.

She graduated from Methodist College of Nursing in Peoria as a RN and St. Francis School of Anesthesia Peoria as a Nurse Anesthetist. Patricia worked at Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Coleman Clinic and Graham Hospital in Canton. She retired from Graham Hospital in 1996 as VP of Patient Services. She also served on the Fulton County Ambulance board for ten years and the Fulton County T.B. Committee. She was a member of the Methodist Alumnae Association, P.E.O. chapter L.Y. and the Blue Chip Investment Club.

Cremation rites will be accorded with the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A private family service and burial of ashes at St. Josephs Cemetery will take place at a later date.
