Brenda Y. Mann

Brenda Yvonne Mann, 60, of Havana passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at 9:43 a.m. in Canton. She was born on September 8, 1963 in Havana to Charles and Patricia (Seward) Jackson. She married John Michael Mann on March 26, 2011.

Brenda is survived by her husband, John “Mike” Mann of Havana; daughters: Kelli Jackson of Canton, Jessica (Cody) Price of Galesburg, Katy (Chris) Holt of Havana, and Casey Mann of Virginia; grandchildren: Alissa and Halie Siegfried, Layla, Talan, Hanna, and Liamm Price, Atreus Walker, and Max Holt; and great-grandchildren: Jaxon and Wynter Keefauver. Also surviving are her siblings: Trisha Walsh, Karen (Dennis) Howell, Charles Jackson, and Nancy Telander and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Brenda worked as a LPN for many years in Canton and Havana. She enjoyed cooking from cookbooks and made delicious cupcakes from scratch. She also spent a lot of time sewing and doing puzzles. She loved traveling and the outdoors, especially spending time at Siloam Springs State Park near Mt. Sterling and Jim Edgar State Park. She traveled all around the United States with her husband.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Graveside services will follow the visitation at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
