Also surviving is her mother; eight children, Jenny Oaks, Trinity Watson, Cory Watson, Aaron (Robert) Elizabeth, Elizabeth James, Eric (Jessica) Kinsel, and Brian (Jessica) Kinsel, and 11 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father.
Billie loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending her time in Mexico.
