She was born July 12, 1968 at Peoria the daughter of Wilford C. and Andrea (Wallace) Blakley. She married Don L. Ward on June 1, 1996 at Pekin. He survives. Also surviving are her mother, Andrea Blakley of Smithfield, one son, Timothy L. Ward of Macomb, and one sister, Erin Blakley of Smithfield. She was preceded in death by her father.
Kim Graduated from East Peoria High School. Kim was a cashier at Walmart and later worked as a CNA in healthcare for many years. She attended the Church of Christ in East Peoria. Kim was a loving and caring mother and she enjoyed her pets.
