Eleanor Miser

Eleanor Joan Leezer Miser, aged 91, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2024, at Renaissance Care Center, Canton, Illinois. She was born on November 18, 1932, in Browning, Illinois, to Charles and Emma D. Leezer. She was a resident of Peoria, Illinois, for many years. She attended Roseville High School, Roseville, Illinois. She held a variety of positions during her life, including managing the Motherhood Maternity store, Northwoods Mall, Peoria, Illinois. She is survived by a son, Robert (Jane) Moore, Montgomery, Alabama, and a brother, Max Leezer, Monmouth, Illinois. She is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Susan J. Kilby and sisters, Marylin Kay Strickler and Norma Jean Doty.

There will be no services and cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
