She was born on January 26, 1966 in Peoria County to Lyle and Edna (Harris) Workman. They preceded her in death.
She married Toby Little on July 4, 2019 in Fairview. He survives.
Also surviving is the father of her children, Jimmie Keefauver Jr, sons, Jimmie (Stacy) Keefauver III of Canton, Matt (Rebekka) Keefauver of Canton, Toby’s son, Nick Little of Jacksonville, three brothers, Paul Workman, Dan Workman, Jeff Workman, seven grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Skyler, Ava, Jordy, Brandi, Brice and two great grandchildren, Izzy and Percy.
One son, Nathan and two brothers, Tom and infant Tim also preceded her in death.
Joyce was the catering manager at the Heritage Grand Inn for several years. She enjoyed to travel although she never got to go as much as she would like. Her hobby at times was shopping online and she knew the delivery drivers on a first name basis. Joyce took classes for flower arranging and enjoyed interior decorating at her home. Most of all Joyce loved her family and grandkids and enjoyed every moment she spent with them.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 2-4 pm at the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. A funeral service will follow on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be held following the funeral service at the Fairview Cemetery. A dinner will be served following burial at the Fairview American Legion.
Memorials may be made to Fairview Fire Department or Fairview American Legion Auxiliary.
