Also surviving are her grandchildren, Brennan, Ella, Scarlett, and Easton Potter, and one sister, Georgia Custer.
She was preceded in death by her mother, and daughter, Angela Marie Potter who was an only child, passing March 12, 2019. Angela passed away from breast cancer.
Gaylene was a homemaker and faithful wife to her husband, Alan. She loved her grandchildren dearly, and enjoyed dancing, animals, and Elvis. Gaylene was the best in the family on making chicken and noodles and apple salad.
Per Gaylene’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton. A celebration of life service and burial of ashes will be held at a later date.
