Tammy Fay Kem

Tammy Fay Kem, 60, of Lewistown, passed away at 3:25 AM on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba. She was born on December 30, 1964 in Canton, a daughter of Thomas and Bonnie (Smith) Lefler. She married Jim Kem in 1991, and later spent her life with Yancy Webster.


Surviving are her children, Tiara Muggulla, and her children of Wisconsin; Asia Kem of St. David; her adopted son, Jeremy Weber; grandson, Stone; sister, Tina (John) Pasley of Lewistown; nieces Gina (Damon) Keister of East Peoria; Jena Pasley of St. David, two great-nephews, Grayson and Braxton.


Tammy had a beautiful soul and a heart of pure gold. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister and grandmother. She opened her arms and heart to everyone who was blessed to know and loved her. Tammy loved her children and grandchildren above all else. Her partner, Yancy, being a mom, and being a grandma was her life. She worked for others, helping keep their homes clean. She enjoyed riding with Yancy on the motorcycle, camping, and spending all her spare time with family and friends. She was a member of the Bryant Christian Church.


Per Tammy wishes, cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory. A celebration of life gathering will be held from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bryant Christian Church on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
