Canton- Margaret "Margie" Miller, 78, of Canton, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022, at her home.
She was born on April 6, 1944, in Canton, To Floyd and Mildred (Hadsall) Wages. They preceded her in death, along with one brother, Don Wages, and one sister, Nancy Williams.Margie is survived by her husband, Leonard "Butch" Miller, whom she married on November 27, 1964.
Also surviving are two children, Julie (Steve) Lance of Cuba and Dan Miller of Cuba, one brother, Ernie Wages of Canton, and four sisters, Pat Hicks, Sharon Newlan, Cokie Dodd, and Susan Swise all of Canton, five grandchildren, Cody, Jason, Stephanie, Jerrica, and Stevie, and eleven great grandchildren.
Most of all Margie was a loving mother, and grandmother, and loved spending time with her family.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, July 11, 2022, at White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton at 11:00 a.m. there will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
