Quincy – Julie (Keithley) Masterson, 55, of Quincy formerly of Fairview, passed away at 1:10 pm October 21, 2019 at her residence. She was born on May 7, 1964 in Canton to Gene and Shirley (Flynn) Keithley. Her father Gene survives along with three children; Katie (Chris) Coon of Canton, Kiley Keithley of Rock Hill, S.C, and Derek Masterson of Chicago, boyfriend Mark Uhland of Quincy, two brothers; Michael (Tricia) Keithley of St. David and Steven (Connie) Keithley of Fairview, and two sisters; Sherry (Rob) Corcoran of Galesburg and Tammy Lien of Chewelah, WA.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Julie had a great love for all animals, especially her fur baby Addy Mae and her grand fur babies; Tommy, Salem and Bear.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life will take place at 1-5 pm Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the American Legion in Fairview, IL.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Fulton County humane Society.
