Sharon K. Schrodt, 81, of Trivoli, passed away on December 9, 2024 at her residence. She was born on September 19, 1943 in Canton to Robert and Virginia (Mitchell) Siedel. Sharon married the love of her life, Russell Schrodt on December 26, 1964. He preceded her in death on July 29, 2012. Also preceding her in death were her parents and one brother Jack Siedel.
Surviving are two children; Deana (Bryan) Wolf of Mt. Vernon, OH and Kevin Schrodt of Trivoli, six grandchildren; Hannah (Gonzalo) Torres, Molly Wolf, Sam Wolf, Lilly Wolf, Sophia Wolf and Annalia Wolf and two great-granddaughters; Hazel Torres and Margot Torres.
Sharon graduated from Graham Hospital School of Nursing. She retired from Graham Hospital as an (RN-CNOR) after many years. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and later at First Christian Church in Canton. Sharon loved quilting, watching Duke basketball and supporting and watching her son, Kevin, race.
Services will be 11 am, Monday, December 23, 2024 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton, where visitation will be 1 hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Canton. Memorials can be made to the Graham Hospital School of Nursing Scholarship Program.
