He was born on February 22, 1964 in Macomb to Frank and Patricia (Self) Draughan. They preceded him in death.
He married Teresa VanMiddlesworth on July 23, 1983 in Prairie City. She survives.
Also surviving are his children, Staci (Bill) Lewallen of Bushnell, Levi (Jordan) Draughan of Canton, Harli (Jake Kuenzl) Draughan of Fairview, one brother, Mike (Susan Hoover) Draughan of Bushnell, Connie (Steve Henson) Chambers of Canton, one grandchild, Carson Kuenzl, sister-in-law, Janet Draughan of Bushnell and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Harv Draughan, sister, Sue (Terry) Rhoads and grandsons, Jude and Chance Lamb.
Carroll moved to Canton to become the Manager of the IGA Food Store. He was a local businessman lastly becoming the owner and operator of The Barn Sales and 5th Ave Tires and Auto both in Canton. He enjoyed collecting Hot Rods and Harley Davidson Motorcycles and recently bought a drag car fulfilling his dream of running down the drag strip. He loved his faithful dogs, T.J. and Digger.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 4-7pm at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. A funeral Service will follow on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 2pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fiatt Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Humane Society.
