Eva Irene Pollock, age 83 of Macomb, Illinois, passed away at 7:30 am on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She was born on June 5, 1935 in Macomb, the daughter of Clarence and Clara (Bozard) Eddington. Eva married Robert Pollock on June 13, 1953. He preceded her in death in April of 2010.
Eva was also preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Ramona Holms.
She is survived by one daughter, Roberta Klingler of Wasolo, Missouri, 2 grandsons, Timber Hamilton and Ben Klingler, and her brother Dwight Eddington of Belleville, Illinois.
Eva was a homemaker. She loved her animals an her greatest accomplishment was raising her Schutzhund 3rd Degree German Shepherd.
She was a member of the St. Paul's Catholic Church in Macomb where a memorial Mass will be held at a date to be announced.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial mass will be held at 10 am on Friday, June 7, 2019 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Macomb, IL. Following the mass, internment will be in the Summum Cemetery in Summum, IL.
