Prairie City – Rubie Mae Bouc,
88, of Prairie City passed away at 8:27 pm, Thursday, November 17, 2016 at
McDonough District Hospital in Macomb. She was born on February
5, 1928 in Littleton, IL to Jacob and Rossie (Barber) Lambert. Rubie was preceded in death by parents,
husbands, daughter Shirley Mae Lambert, and granddaughter Tana Postin. Surviving is her grandson JD Boyte of Brookhaven, MS, two great-grandchildren;
Shelby Postin and Harrlie King, great-great grandson Nick King, one sister, one
half-sister, and her partner LeRoy Graham.
Rubie was a member of the Canton
and Dunfermline Croation Lodges.
Services will be 11 am Tuesday,
November 22, 2016 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton where visitation will be
one hour prior to services. The Rev. Jim
Eddy will officiate. Burial will follow
in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Canton.
Memorials can be made to the Donor’s choice.
