Norma A. Jett

Norma A. Jett, 82, of Canton, passed away at 6:21 AM on Monday, February 19, 2024 at Devonshire Retirement Village in Lapeer, Michigan. She was born on August 18, 1941 in Canton, a daughter of Harry and Lois (Powers) Jenkins. She married Gary Jett on May 29, 1958 in Canton. He preceded her in death on January 12, 2019.

Also preceding her in death were her parents, and two brothers, Harry “Hap” Jenkins, and Jerry Jenkins.

Surviving are her children, Rick (Debbie) Jett of Norris; Kim (Larry) Murphy of Canton; Terry (Guy) Reith of Hadley, Michigan; Dean (Heather) Jett of Mayville, Wisconsin; eight grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

Norma was co-owner/secretary of Jett’s Kawasaki Sales & Service in Canton for over 40 years. She enjoyed hunting mushrooms, playing cards, and bingo.
