Bob was born December 31, 1942, to Andrew and Lottie (Handzel) Organiscak in Chicago, IL.
Bob married Judith Stevens on October 7, 1967, at the Plainfield United Methodist Church. She preceded him in death on September 30, 2025.
Bob is survived by two children, Kristin (Andrew) Luster of North Pekin, and Kelly (Ryan) Brewer of Yates City; three grandchildren, Hayley Luster, Caiden Taylor, and Ashlyn Brewer; one brother, Thomas “Bud” Organiscak; and three sisters, Lynda (Dave) Leanna, Theresa (Jim) Strasburg, and Sharon (Jerry) Kaziak.

Bob served in the Army from 1965 to 1970. He was honored to fly on the Peoria Honor Flight on June 12, 2024. Bob worked at ADM for 29 years, retiring in 2010. After retirement, he loved driving the bus for Farmington School District #265. In his earlier years, he enjoyed playing his saxophone and clarinet and was in a polka band called “The Happy Notes”. Bob was a member of the United Methodist Church in Trivoli where he sang in the church choir and the men’s quartet. Bob was a volunteer fireman with the Logan-Trivoli Fire District and loved hunting, mushroom hunting, fishing, and being in bowling leagues; but most of all, he was very adamant about attending all of his grandchildren’s activities and spending time with his family.
