Barry was born in Haskell, Texas to Ken and Kitty Neeley on September 15, 1964. Barry spread happiness and a pure joy of life to everyone he met along the way. There were no strangers in Barry’s life, only new friends to make. Barry was active for many years in the Special Olympics and loved playing basketball.
Barry was preceded in death by his father, Ken Neeley.
Barry is survived by his brother, Mickey Neeley (Tetyana); sisters, Becky Roe (Dennis) and Linda Morones; nephews, Brian Roe (Meghan) and Matthew Roe; nieces, Melissa Myers (Kris), Andrea Morones and Yuliya Khrystych. Barry also has 7 grand nephews and nieces that he loved dearly.
