Also preceding her in death were her parents, daughter, Cindy Turk; brothers, Charles, Donald, Jerry, Kenny, and Lyle Ball; sister, Lillian Putman.
Surviving are her children, Don (Teresa) Harr, and Jeannie (John) Beadles, all of Canton; sisters, Charolette Hill of East Peoria, Eleanor Hahn of Abingdon; seven grandchildren, Valarie (Ryan) Hopps of Bath, Aaron (Bob) Doubet of Chicago, Jeremy (Heather) Harr of Peoria, Stephanie (Billy) Nicks of Astoria, Matthew (Heidi) Watson of Tennessee, Quinton Turk of North Carolina, Jillian (Jacob) Jester of Canton; Twelve great-grandchildren, Ashley Doubet of Havana, Gage (Alexis) Hopps of Bath, Joshua (Brea) Harr of Pekin, Mollie Harr of DeKalb, Blake Sumner of Peoria, Gabriel Nicks of Astoria, Rosalynn Nicks of Astoria, Alexander Ginther of Astoria, Lydia Jester of Canton, Chloie Goodman of Farmington, Kadie Nolte of Tennessee, Tyler Luopa of Tennessee, and three great-great-grandchildren, Gracen and Harmony Hallmark, both of Havana, and Arlo Hopps of Bath.
Vivian worked and retired from Graham Hospital in Canton, as a Registered Nurse. Her happiest days were the births of the grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She enjoyed making dolls, collecting miniature shoes, and crafting.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory, where a visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the services. Rev. Kevin VanTine will officiate. Burial will follow the services, and take place in Zion Cemetery in Bybee, Illinois. Memorials can be made to Shriner’s Hospital or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
