Steven P. Turner

Steven P. Turner, 77, of St. David, passed away at 1:15 PM on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at Graham Hospital in Canton. He was born on January 13, 1947 in Pekin, a son of Charles Harold and Margaret Katherine (Showalter) Turner. He married Nina Rowe on May 13, 1966 in Havana. She survives.

Also surviving are his children, Randy (Yvonne) Turner of Lebanon, Tennessee; Stephen (Amy) Turner of Chesapeake, Virginia; Danielle (Jim) Eastwood of St. David; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Preceding Steven in death were his parents, three brothers, and one sister.

Steven worked and retired from Caterpillar, Inc. in June of 2012 after many years of service. He was a member of the Havana Southern Baptist Church.

Per Steven’s wishes, there will be no services, and cremation rites will be accorded, with Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton.
