In 2019, Travis co-founded Whiskey Crawler Creative, a boutique agency, that consulted on design, web development, and most recently artificial intelligence for local and national brands.
In addition to being an entrepreneur, Travis supported his community by spreading awareness about the causes he was passionate about.
Travis was connected with Jeff Bezos, providing the Amazon Alexa team with direct feedback on how their smart devices could be improved to support those with disabilities.
Travis co-hosted a regional podcast called “The CTZ” where he provided his perspective on living life in the Central Time Zone.
Travis launched a successful YouTube channel called “Hustle & Glide” to share his story of being an entrepreneur with muscular dystrophy.
Travis was extremely generous with his time and money supporting Best Buddies of Central Illinois as the co-chair of their annual Gala, helping to raise over $400,000 to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
A celebration of life will be held in early January at Kelleher’s in Peoria.
