Laura Mendenhall

Laura Mendenhall, born on June 3, 1965, in Springfield, IL, lived a life filled with love and cherished moments with her family. In her leisure time, she often found herself engrossed in crime­ related TV shows, such as Dexter, CSI, and Law and Order. While Laura didn't watch sports very often, she had a soft spot for football and baseball, particularly supporting the Green Bay Packers and the St. Louis Cardinals. Professionally, Laura worked as a CNA, dedicating her time and efforts to caring for others. She had a compassionate nature and· brought comfort to those in need. Laura was also a loving sister to Anita, Harriet, Louis, and Mike. She treasured her siblings and valued the bond they shared. Laura's children, Robert Mendenhall Jr. and Joshua Mendenhall, sadly preceded her in death. However, she took immense pride in her daughters Samantha Smith (Shane) and Seandra Hagaman (Justin). Laura adored her fourteen grandchildren, creating cherished memories with each one. Laura Mendenhall will be remembered for her kind heart, selflessness, and unwavering love for her family.
