David Bach

Farmington- David Bach, 75, of Farmington, passed away at 1:50 PM on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Graham Hospital in Canton. He was born on January 9, 1948 in Farmington, a son of Charles and Dorothy (Jennings) Bach. He married Vicki J. Nuhn on July 16, 1972 in Canton. She preceded him in death on July 19, 2010.

Also preceding him in death is his parents.

Surviving is one daughter, Andrea (Jason) Crumley of Canton; two sons, Brandon (Payton) Bach of Washington; Curtis Bach of Elmwood; five grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Lucas Bach; Chelsea and Dalton Crumley, Grace Bach; one great-grandson, Noah William Blair; two brothers, Gary Bach of Farmington, and Keith (May) Bach of Hanna City.

David worked as a welder for Caterpillar for several years, and later retiring from Matcor Metal Fabrication in January of 2011. He enjoyed military model airplanes, and model trains, always tinkering with small engines, enjoyed eating at his favorite restaurants, but most of all, was the love for his grandchildren. He served his country during Vietnam, serving in the United States Army.

Per David’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton. Burial of ashes will take place in Oakridge Cemetery in Farmington at a later date.
