Cherry K. Buchanan

Hanna City- Cherry K. Buchanan, 94, of Hanna City, passed away at 12:20 PM on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Farmington Village in Farmington. She was born on October 29, 1928 in Trivoli, a daughter of Edward and Merle (Williamson) Stewart. She married Delvin E. Buchanan on October 7, 1946 in Bartonville. He preceded her in death.

Also preceding her in death were her parents, three brothers, and one sister.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Per Cherry’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton. Burial of ashes will take place in Smithville Cemetery in rural Hanna City at a later date. To leave online condolences please visit www.sedgwickfuneralhomes.com
