Canton – Judith L. “Judy” Scott, 65, of Canton, passed away at 2:15 AM on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Heartland Health Care in Canton. She was born on June 7, 1951 in Avon,IL to Rex and Treva (Swift) Abernathy.
Surviving is one son, Adam Scott of Prairie City, IL; three brothers, Jim Abernathy, Gary Abernathy, and David Wells; one sister, Jan Abernathy and her son Josh Abernathy; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Judy worked at King Seeley in Macomb for many years. She was a member of Prairieland Open Bible.
