Canton-Steven G. Reed, 66, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at his home, in Canton.
He was born on October 31, 1952, to William “Bill” Reed and Lil (Borer). They preceded him in death.
Surviving is one brother Richard “Rick” Reed, and one sister Susan Belgrad.
Steve worked as an inspector on the barges, he was a part of the tile layers union, most recently he owned and operated The Nugget Bar in Industry, Illinois.
A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton, where visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
A private burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made out to the American Diabetes Foundation.
