Karla M. Thomas, 74, of Canton passed away peacefully at The Loft in Canton on Saturday January 5, 2019 surrounded by family.
Karla was born November 28, 1944 in Canton. She joined life partner Danny Besco in 1975, he preceded her in death. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren in her spare time.
She is also preceded in death by parents Cecil and Marjorie (Hicks) Bender, daughter-in-law Leigh Ann (Fitch) Williamson and Grandson Brian Hadsall.
Family surviving are sister Nancy (Craig) Hebb of Canton, children Michael Williamson of Canton, David Williamson of Washington State, Crystal Williamson of Canton and Yvonne (Randy) Turner of Havana, one nephew John Banister of Canton, grandchildren Angie (John) Hadsall, Devin Williamson, Saphire (Adam) Johnson, Jaymes Turner, Kirsten (Austin) Seeley, and Carly, Great grandchildren Ollie, Shelby, Ezekiel, Mason, Maeve, Zarileigh, River, Sebastian, Caiden, Makaileigh and Jami, and extended family Kim and Bella Pierce.
Creamation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday January, 17, 2019 at Wesley United Methodist church from 5-7 PM.
