Canton – Karen E. Noland, 67, of Canton passed away at 4:02 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2016, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born October 13, 1949, in Canton to I.B. and Mildred (Curtis) Noland.
She is survived by her two children, Michelle (Michael) Keefover of Cabot, AR and Brandon Ferris of Darboy, WI; three brothers, Gilbert (Charlotte) Noland of Lewistown, Larry (Karen) Noland of Wee-Ma-Tuk, and Danny (Sue) Noland of Lexington; one sister, Judy Picton of Washington; her caring niece, Tamra (Montye) Jolliff of Lewistown; four grandchildren, Nicholas and Michael Rowden, Blake Ferris, and Kendra Bowman; and many other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Melvin and Carroll Noland, and one who died in infancy; and two sisters, Doris Dunning and Donna Montgomery.
Karen had worked as a secretary with Scottsdale Insurance Company in Scottsdale, AZ, and had done clerical work in the Canton area. She enjoyed shopping on QVC and was a skilled interpreter for the deaf, assisting at local churches.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Humane Society.
