Jim M. Quesinberry, 84, of Rushville, passed away at 6:00 am on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Heritage Manor in Mt. Sterling. He was born on December 25, 1931 in Laurel Fork, VA, the son of James and Hattie Quesinberry. Jim married Viola Anderson on May 21, 1982 in Astoria, IL. She survives.
Also surviving is son, James “Jimmy” (and Donna) Quesinberry of Franklin, KY, step-daughter, Darlene (and Gary) Baker of Rushville, 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and his sister, Oleta Boozer of North Carolina.
He is preceded in death by his 4 brothers, Eldon O’neal, Bill, Delano and Elwood Quesinberry.
Jim worked at Pioneer and Cargill. He retired from L & N Industries in Rushville, IL where he worked as a painter.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1955.
Jim was a member of the Astoria Christian Church.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
