Kimberly Kay Hilton Jockisch, 56, of Sunrise Beach, Missouri, Formerly of Cuba IL passed November 11 from complications of COVID.She was preceded in death by her daughter Sara Shay and both parents Leonard and Rachel Hilton.
She leaves behind husband Carl of 36 (42) years counting youth, daughters Rachel Jockisch and three children Adarra, Kye and Sarai Virag-Jockisch of Shanon IL
Dr. Kalah Arnett of Metairie LA and two children Hadley and Rowan Arnett.
One son Blake Jockisch, who resides at home.
One sister Janet Southwood of Canton IL and two daughters Allison Claudin of Peoria IL and Chelsea Southwood of Chicago IL
Kimberly and her husband graduated from Bradley University and received their BSN. She worked the majority of her career for OSF medical center, Heart Care Midwest. She was also employed as a pharmaceutical rep for Merck and Co. towards the end of her professional career.
The family moved to Sunrise beach in 2012 where she functioned as an assistant youth leader for a local church.
Per her request there will be no wake or public funeral. She will be cremated and placed with her daughter Sara, (also pictured) for her final earthy resting place.
The family asks that instead of flowers, memorials be made The Women's Crisis Center in Canton IL or Camdenton MO.
Other charities include Bryant Christian Church in Bryant IL and Canopy Church in Camdenton MO.
