Crystal Kay Keller

Crystal Kay Keller, 61, of Canton, passed away at 2:11 pm on November 24, 2021 in Canton. She was born on October 2, 1960 in Canton to Charlie and Joyce (Werry) Putman. They preceded her in death.

Surviving is one daughter Alaina (Rob Johnson) Keller of Pekin, brother Troy (Melanie) Putman of Canton, 2 nieces; Rachel (Cody) Jones and Carley (Trent Staggs) Putman, nephew Gabriel Putman, great-niece Elara Jones and great-nephew Berkeley Jones.
Crystal worked as a teacher at Canton School District #66 and last worked at Spoon River College in the GED program. She was a member at Trinity Lutheran Church in Canton and also secretary at Shields Chapel United Methodist Church in rural Canton. Crystal was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.
Services will be 11 am Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton where visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Monday the November 29, 2021. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Canton. Memorials can be made to either Trinity Lutheran Church or Shields Chapel United Methodist Church.
