Canton – Martin D. Fulton, 57, of Canton passed away at 5:42 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2016, at Graham Hospital Emergency Room in Canton.
He was born August 21, 1958, in Canton to George D. “Dago” and Joyce (Wilkinson) Fulton. He is survived by one step-sister, Carol (Steve) Widger of Canton; two step-brothers, Jim (Margie) Anderson of Peoria and Jerry (Kim) Anderson of Pekin; one uncle and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-mother, Matilda “Tillie” (Gasparac) Fulton.
Martin enjoyed reading and listening to music. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Canton.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2016, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Canton, with Fr. Daniel Ebker officiating. Burial of ashes will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Canton at a later date.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
