Canton – Joseph C. Snider, 79, of Canton, formerly of Oak Hill, died at 4:55 p.m., on Monday May 9, 2016, at Sunset Manor in Canton.
He was born on May 13, 1936, in Oak Hill, to Ace and Margaret (Fail) Snider.
He is survived by two brothers, Ray (Billie) Snider and Lee Snider.
He is preceded in death by four brothers, Earl Snider, George Snider, Lincoln Snider, and Harvey “Jack” Snider; and three sisters, Milda “Boots” Baskas, Mary Green, and Evelyn Smith.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Burial of ashes will be at Combs Cemetery at a later date.
