Anna Mae Watson, 85, of Havana passed away at her home, surrounded by her daughters, at 8:00 a.m.on Thursday, July 28, 2022. She was born on May 19, 1937 to George and Flossie (Vaughn) Stockham.
She married James Alfred Watson on October 20, 1956. He preceded her in death on January 8, 2010.
Anna is survived by her children, Terry A. (Jeffrey) Pederson, Jamie L. (Jim) Birdsell, and Crystal I.
(Raymond) Porter; grandchildren, Travis (Teri) Planchard, Shawn (Kristie) Planchard, Andy (Emily)
Pederson, Renee (Tyler) Carter, Kenny (Jennie) Birdsell, Tina Jockisch, Jo Porter(James), and Lee
Porter(Liz); twenty-five great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, John Watson and Kenny Watson; sisters-in-
law, Doris Rowe and Karen Boehl; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her
parents; husband; siblings, Ruth Parsley, Robert Stockham, and Rosalie Cooper; brother-in-law, Don
Watson; and sister-in-law, Evelyn Moore.
Anna was a member of Havana Central Christian Church. She worked as a secretary at Havana Jr. High
School for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Cremation rites have been accorded and memorial graveside service will be held on Friday, August 5,
2022 at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana at 10:00 a.m.
