Edward is also survived by one brother, Rick (Sandy Mulligan) Coulter; two sisters, Sara (Cobb) Romine and Mary Joan Heehler; and one step-daughter, Jamie Sutter.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Eddy and Jason Coulter; and two brothers, Terry and Richard Coulter.
Edward worked as a painter for many years. He Traveled with various bands helping with stage equipment. He also enjoyed sitting outside with his friends feeding the birds and squirrels.
