Robert “Bob” Bell, 55, of Kilbourne, passed away at his home at 9:20 a.m., on Thursday, July 21, 2022. He was born December 10, 1966, in Springfield, Illinois, to Gerald and Paulette Bell. Bob married Valerie Miller on June 16, 1990, in Kilbourne.
Bob is survived by his wife, three daughters: Brittanie (Trey) Reneau, of Ipava, Tiffanie (Adam Oatman) Bell, of Kilbourne, and Whittanie (Chandler) Daughtry, of Clayton, NC; grandchildren: Bryson Bell and Landon Oatman, Brantley and Taelynn Reneau, and Lucas Daughtry; niece, Madelyn Howerter; and nephews, Marlon and Dominique; brother, Bill Bell of St. Louis; and sister, Becky (Craig Williams) Bell of St. Louis; sister-in-law, Stephanie (TIson) Howerter, of Havana; and in-laws, Don and Peggy Miller of Kilbourne. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and one sister, Melissa Hulett.
Bob has been a trucker for over twenty years, starting for Bill Severns and RCM Co-op afterwards, until his death. He enjoyed time with his kids and grandkids, fishing and tinkering in his garage on anything with a motor.
Funeral services will be held at Hurley Funeral Home, in Havana, at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, July 25, 2022, with visitation two hours prior to the services. Rev. Abe Mogerman will officiate.
