Donald Anthony Kumer

Canton- Donald Kumer, 71, of Canton, passed away at 6:50 AM, on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Seminary Village in Galesburg. He was born on April 19, 1951 in Canton, a son of Joe and Molly (Glad) Kumer. He married Patricia Jacobs on February 5, 1968 in Missouri. She survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Wendy (Todd) Lesher of Chicago, and Misty (Erik) Little of Washington; four grandchildren, Kelli, Michael, Joseph, and Molly; and one brother, Bill Kumer of St. David.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Michael Kumer.

Donald was a self-employed at Big D Trucking Company. He was a member of Canton Assembly of God, and a member of Brotherhood of Teamsters 627, a Local Union, located in Peoria.
