David D. Ash

David D. Ash, 71, of Havana passed away at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Havana Healthcare Center. He was born on May 15, 1951 in Springfield, Illinois to Bueford DeWayne and Phyllis Jean (Gale) Ash.

David is survived by his children, John Lynch of Tallula, Heather Kirby of Bushnell, and Nathan Nicholas of Bath; sisters, Lynne (Bob) McDaniel of Kilbourne and Ginger (Mark) McGinnis of Havana and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Lorene Ebken, and grandson, Gage Lynch.
David was a member of the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. He worked on a barge in New Orleans for 30 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned at this time.
