Canton - Bob C. Wells, 75, of Canton, passed away, Friday, October 22, 2021 at his home in Canton. He was born on October 24, 1945, in West Point Mississippi, to James Wells and Fanny Linda (Williams). They preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Diane (Moore), whom he married on December 20, 1986 in Canton. Also surviving is one daughter, Michelle Jorgensen of Canton, one niece Stacy Coziahr of Ipava, three nephews, Greg (Reesa) Swise of Canton, Billy (Sharon) Schneider of Peoria Heights, and Dan Swise of Indiana. and three close friends, Bill Lowder, Monte Lutz, and Steve White, Bob is a Veteran of the United States Army. He served in the Vietnam War. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded, and a burial of his ashes will take place at a later date at Walnut Cemetery in Banner. Memorials may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
