She was born on November 10, 1950, to Clifford and Dorothy (Briggs) Hanks.
Surviving are two children, Dustin Celia of Glasford and Joshua (Khara) Celia of Deer Creek; two brothers, Leroy (Chris) Hanks and Dennis (Susan) Hanks; three grandchildren, Peyton, Brycen, and Kelson; and one grand-daughter on-the-way.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Elmwood, with a private graveside service and burial following the visitation at Yates City Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Illinois Cancer Center and Farmington Fire Department.
