Canton – Lorena M. Jump, 77, of Canton, passed away at 4:10 PM on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 surround by her family at her residence. She was born on July 26, 1940 in Smithfield, IL to Brice and Edna (Foulk) Ford. She married Richard A. Jump on April 11, 1959 in Canton, IL, he preceded her in death on November 20, 1992.
Lorena was also preceded in death by her parents, two children, Deborah and David, and one brother, Robert Ford.
Surviving are eight children, Rick Jump, Vicki Brown, Robert Jump, Randy Jump, Thomas Jump, Johnny
(Tamy) Jump all of Canton, IL, Christina (Rich) Griswold of Galesburg, IL, and Cindy (Mike) Stufflebean of Canton, IL; 24 grandchildren; and 49 great-grandchildren.
Lorena retired as a CNA at FCRC and Renaissance Care Center in Canton, IL. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Canton, IL for many years.
Services will be held at 10 AM on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton, IL. Rev. Dennis Owens will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton, IL. A visitation will be held from 3-5 PM on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to the Family for Funeral Expenses.
