Farmington – Keith A. Pfanz, 62, of Farmington passed away at 2:24 am, Monday, March 19, 2018 at OSF St. Frances Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on September 16, 1955 in Pekin to William and Eleanor (Galbraith) Pfanz. He married Cindy Peterson on July 12, 1990 in Princeville. She survives along with three children; Tyler (Chelsea) Pfanz of Metamora, Jimmy Root of Galesburg, and Sunny (Jackson) Ward of Fairview, one brother Dennis (Cheryl) Pfanz of Washburn, and four grandchildren; Alivia, Quentin, Hudsyn, and Colton. Keith was preceded in death by his parents.
Keith worked at Caterpillar for 35 years and later at Walmart in Canton. He loved riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, and watching the Chicago Bears. He was a member of Giant Goose Ranch in rural Canton.
A visitation will be held from 5-7 pm, Friday, March 23, 2018 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. Harley, sport, or camo attire is requested. Burial will be at later date. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials can be made to CJD Foundation.
