She was born in Springfield Illinois, on March 21, 1969, to Shirley (the late Mickey) Wills, and Bill (Pam) Staltz.
She is survived by two children, Johnathon (Maggie) Stigall, and Kelsie Stigall, three grandchildren, Zoelle Carls, Zaiden Carls, and Charlotte Stigall, and one sister, Marlene (Brett) Greene.
Preceding her in death is her maternal grandparents, John “Spud” and Olivene Thomas, and one grandchild, Bristol Stigall.
Julie graduated from Easton Highschool in 1987. She worked at Wareco in Havana and lastly worked at the Marathon Station on locust street in Canton. Julie enjoyed fishing, mushrooming, and going to car shows. Julie also enjoyed playing cards, especially euchre and penny point rummy. Most of all Julie enjoyed spending time with her family, she loved her children, and all of her grandchildren. Cremation rites will be accorded with Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton.
A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
