Surviving is her mother Sandra (Rick Coulter) Mulligan of Canton; three brothers, Michael (Rachael) Mulligan Jr. of Canton; Lonnie Coulter of St. David; Vince (Stephanie) Coulter of Canton; several aunts and uncles, and her beloved cat, Midnight.
Preceding her in death is her father, Michael Sr., and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Tiffany was an avid Chicago Bears fan.
Per Tiffany’s wishes, there will no services, cremation rites will be accorded through Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory in Canton. Burial of ashes will be held in Shields Chapel Cemetery at a later date. Memorials can be made to the Fulton County Humane Society.
