Carl A. Fernetti

Carl A. Fernetti, 69, of Canton, passed away at 6:00 AM on Friday, February 18, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on December 16, 1952 in Moline, IL to Bob and Jean (Howerter) Fernetti. He married Luanna Pasley on August 27, 1982 in Liverpool, IL. She survives.

Carl is also survived by four children, Cara Fernetti, Bob (Brittany) Fernetti, Chad Yocum, and Sarah (Troy Robison) Yocum; and twelve grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Ashton Fernetti.

Carl worked for Buckheart Coal Mine for 8 years and retired from Mclean Forge in Havana, IL as a welder after 24 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He was an avid beer drinker. He loved being around his family. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy.
